My Ex
I was talking to my girlfriend the other day about my conservative approach to life and she was furious.A little background history first. You see, my girlfriend is a very wild girl. She is the extreme opposite of someone who is conservative. She is liberal minded so to speak. When I told her of my conservative approach in life now, she was livid in anger. She thought I was taunting her and her liberal ways. I told her no. I was just trying to live a quiet life. Without the anger, the violence, the sex. That was what made her livid.
Apparently, she’s a sex maniac. We broke up there and then. I never knew she was a nymphomaniac! I only knew about it just when I told her about my conservative approach. We never had sex though. Which made me wonder. Maybe she was having affairs behind my back? Ah well. What’s done is done. Better to have known about it now rather than later when it might be too late.

Wow. To have broken up with someone so very much into sex — not a decision that would have been easy for me, I tell ya what!
As far as being conservative… it’s a tough world sometimes. If everyone in America was to choose a side, right or left, we’d be split roughly 50/50. I’m not sure which would win, but I’d stretch that as far as, but no more than, 52/48. Still so close that everywhere you look there’s someone who disagrees with you on many issues.
The other day I heard basketball great Charles Barkley say to Wolf Blitzer — Conservatives make me sick… literally sick.
That may not be his exact quote but it’s probably on Youtube by now for verification.
That’s just an example of liberals who will not budge and not only will they not budge — they are often full of hatred for those who think conservatively.
Hatred. If not pure hatred then disgust and condemnation.
I don’t see a very bright future as far as having a nation unified under an umbrella of agreement. The issues that surround us, the way of life for people — conservative v. liberal — there’s always (at least for the foreseeable future) going to be this incredible split where neighbor disagrees with neighbor on such an immense level.
We’ve got to think positively, though.
